Little help?

Sorry if the answer is too obvious, but I'm a little confused and not sure what to do.

So I'm giving away Sanctum 2 Complete pack and the winner already has Sanctum 2 in his library. There wouldn't be a problem if I was giving away a Season pass and he has a base game but no dlcs, but now I'm puzzled.

What's my next step? I'd also like to note that I'd prefer if a winner didn't have Sanctum 2 already. Should I add him and notify that I'm requesting a new winner or don't bother? I'm quite new to giveaways so I'm not really aware of the 'etiquette'
