It's the same as if you were buying a service similar to Dropbox, and by the end of 2 months they would delete all your files because "hey, other users also need HDD space!"

They aren't a file storage service, they aren't even a company that normally does bundles from the look of it. Why should they be required to keep the files?

There are minimum standards... keeping the files online for a service that only gives 10% of the earnings to charity... is the least they can do.

Least they can do is nothing. Not offer people cheap games. There is no rule book saying that because they are trying something out, they have to put up with winners like you forever. Even Humble Bundle has stated they can't necessarily keep the files up forever, that was stated from the start. They are lucky that it got popular enough that they have little worry of paying to keep files up for people to download when they will. This company has no such promises that their own bundle will be profitable.

Yes and always online DRM is good because most of the people have internet and X machine activation limit is ok because most of the people only install the game once or twice.

It is Steams service to keep them for you. You are demanding a service for something this company ISN'T. Did they claim to hold your files. No, they didn't. They told you they would only keep backups of your files for two months. And then you start *****ing about it.

This would have been a fun conversation to be around for. You're absolutely right Delta, and I don't get why these people are even trying to argue the point with you. Well, I do get it, but it's absolutely nonsensical. Holding one person or group to the standards set by another in this sense is irrational. The world of (indie) Gaming bundles is a relatively new one, and without a strong backing it's very difficult to perpetually host numerous large files for the countless masses to hook into at any and all given moments. Companies like Humble and Steam are strong enough to pull it off and they're basically ensured continued financial assistance from the users. And it is also correct that even the established ones do not owe anyone unlimited downloads or time to get them. These are additional services beyond what was paid for (which is usually very minimal to begin with anyway). Unless some sort of gaming bundle regulation committee is formed, people may do business as they please and we agree to their individual conditions upon purchasing the product they supply.

I have unused keys (and download links) on my Indie Gala, Indie Royale, Humble Bundle, Groupees, Bundle Stars, IndieGameStand and probably a couple of other accounts that I can use whenever I want. This Bundle doesn't offer me the same service that's why I consider it inferior.

Is there any reason you can't use a text file?
I can understand why they don't wish to continue hosting files, there is no profit in it for them to continue hosting them. At that point, they just drain money for hosting them, nothing extra is being gained after two weeks. Hosting files for people to continue downloading does cost money, and it is only that they have been successful that something like the Humble Bundle can continue to offer downloads of all files you have purchased. This company has no such promises that their bundle will be. They offer people more than long enough to get the files if they care about them.

It's by no means a bad offer.
It offers some games for a really good price. If I didn't have some of them already and could just activate them all on my own Steam account I would buy it myself.
It's just... the fact that I would have to store my trading/giveaway material in a text file or use it within a time limit inconveniences me enough to let me skip this bundle.

So I'm seeing a lot of arguments about 60 days here, I just want a quick explaination. Is this meaning that even if the code is already applied to my steam account if I were to need to re-install in say 3 months, I would be unable to? Or is the 60 day just for DRM free?

I'm sure you can copy your steam keys to a text file and save them for later or trade them, even after 60 days. Since you did pay for those, why would they go away?
I am pretty sure that 60 days is referencing just downloading the DRM free version, steam keys is just text in your order.
