If cared enough to install it, why not the one that overrides the ads as well? I honestly didn't know youtube had ads until a couple months back when accessed it on a fresh install on the laptop, the plugin had this feature and I wasn't even aware of it xD.

Most of the russian people won't understand those ads. Just saying. And however all the other ads i watched were on russian only and russians didnt see ads until there appeared russian ads :)
