You can pay for the bundle as much as you want (from 1 cent to 987269816$ ;)) and if you pay more than the average (Beat The Average) you get more games

No, the only difference is that you get more games when you BTA. You get both the games for Windows, Linux, Mac and Android and if you payed more than 1$ you got Steam keys.

actually if you get the bundle before they add extra games, you get them even if you paid below average. In this case the only game you couldn't get was Spirits. Always been like that.
