What was name of this game?

Few months back someone mentioned this game, it was indie game produced by 1 guy something like simcity/minecraft survival with isometric view.

There was even some gameplay videos, i cant find it anywhere would like to check how things has changed since then and maybe even Alpha is going.

Anyone?
