Is The Cave by Double Fine worth buying?

Would you buy it if it didn't come with TF2 items?

If no, don't.

It's from Ron Gilbert (the guy behind Maniac Mansion), so yes.

The TF2 items are just a cute incentive to get people to pre-order. People really shouldn't care that much about them.

I'm tempted, but my backlog is too big right now. On amazon, you get a $5 credit, but you pay the full $15 up front.

I don't get why you are asking that question here, the best we can do it regurgitate reviews by people who got early access for reviewing the game and telling you how much we like/dislike Double Fine
