you did raised a very interesting idea for a rule. force people use exploit only for personal purposes.

Price glitched games are added to the bundle list, people who "abuse" the system are already "punished" with less CV. I don't see why setting up a new rule.. It's almost the same as people who give free keys from devs.

Yes but Steam does not allow you to purchase infinite copies one after another, there are restrictions when buying a lot in a row.
