BTA = Beat the average. It means you paid over the average amount of money spent on the bundles and you get a couple of extra games.

I think you need to learn some basic grammar before asking questions here.
(BTA = beat the average)

Selecting the correct one represents what games the winner gets. A Beat The Average bundle includes the bonus games in a bundle for paying above the average amount.

Well if you have the url you can activate on your hib account (create one if you want to have your personal hib library). In gift is what the name says, to gift to somebody (well you can gift and activate the gift to your account but you don't have any reason to do that i think). Just buy the BTA if the BTA games are of your likes and don't check the gift option.

BTA bundle has all games included from the bundle in question. Non-BTA bundles have only the base games from the bundle. As for url vs. gift, you can send either the gift URL with non-activated Steam keys, or just give away the keys seperately.

The key method works if you have a bundle that has multiple games on one key (Humble Deep Silver Bundle non-BTA). URL works better if you have multiple games that are not on one key.

If they send you the URL, and the keys have not been redeemed, then yes.
