Payday 4.99$/£3.75 in GameFly

Today i saw payday is 4.99 in gamefly. I dont know is it steam or not. If it is steam i want to buy.

"3rd Party Download Required" on Gamefly usually means its Steam I believe.

A few days ago was F.E.A.R. 3 75% sale both usa & uk but it was clearly writed "This title installs and requires Steamworks to play" when u press "View More Requirements" ----->> http://www.gamefly.co.uk/Download-FEAR-3-UK/5002581/

yes but if you look call of duty mw2 in gamefly its just say "3rd Party Download Required". Everybody know mw2 required steam.
