No, if your are talking about the digital distribution service, but as we haven't seen PS4 yet, I would say we can't completely deny the possibility that it is powered by the actual steam engine. That would be badass.

When you buy Portal 2 for Ps3. they give it to you for steam as well, and I've played the co-op with a friend, me using steam, and he using his Ps3. I don't know if they do that with anyother games, I heard they wanted to do that with Counter Strike, but they didn't in the end cause it would be unfair for gamepads users as the mouse is more precise.
