All games are brought from my own wallet.

You may post your own giveaway as long as it is a group only giveaway AND you have told me (The Group Leader) before!

He choose to donate, He added me, Sent me a trade offer, Placed the items in, Clicked accept.
Not once did I ask him to, It was his choice.

So, here's what I don't get. There is an announcement on your group that says "Defy Gravity and Cargo Commander Private Giveaways - donated by mChaw243", but when I check it seems you have made those giveaways and not mChaw243.
Are you making group members give you the games instead of making the giveaways themselves? If so, why is that? (Besides stealing their CV.)
SG is perfectly capable of handling group giveaways from any member of the group, members shouldn't have to give you the games to make a group giveaway. Seems really shady.

+1 I don't like the idea behind this. You should not be the one making the giveaways if you did not buy the game. The only way this /MIGHT/ work is if you made them on your account but never entered a single giveaway. However, I still think that's stupid and it should just be whoever bought the game makes the giveaway.

You are mistaken.
Members are allowed to make group giveaways, Though this user decided to give me the gifts to create a giveaway on SteamGifts.
This certian user decided to give me the games to make the giveaway.
You may ask him if you really want to.
If you had actually spent half a minute to actually view the announcement and link you would have seen that full credit was given to the user in both the giveaway and announcement.
