i think greenmangaming keys shouldn't be affected, after all almost everyone pays US prices for them
that said iirc there was one case where some user on SG bought a key here that could be activated in his country, but his friend to whom he gave the key to (from another country) could not - but that was before the whole region lock nonsense

When you make a purchase from GMG, they give you a key for the region you are purchasing from. They state this very clearly in their FAQ/Terms and Conditions. He bought his key (Skyrim) in his region, and tried to give it to a friend in another region, then threw a bitch fit because he couldn't read. I'm not saying any names, btw.
