Software to animate in real time with the mouse..kind of..?

I don't know how to explain this really but i'll try. I am interested in a software to animate movement,like lips,hands,etc,but not the usual way with frame by frame.
I was thinking something like this: hearing the sound of a voice for example,and with the mouse holding the lower lip of a character and hitting record,i move the lip with the mouse to match the voice and the software records that movement.

Hope you understood me.Is there anything like that?

I though about it but it doesn't really fit my need.. I want to do my characters and my styles .Thank you for the suggestion though!

Just go and buy poser. it has a built in lip sync animation tool.
