Actually, I found the solution. Myself, being stupid, had only googled "cursor lock Psychonauts" and "cursor lock Grand Theft Auto IV" rather than googling "cursor lock steam".

I made a video explaining this issue, as I felt it would be impossible to explain in text without showing.
It turns out tabbing out while full screened without restarting recording fucks up the recording, sorry about that.
Once again, I would like Steamworks, and I would like to use a mouse. I'm not here to argue over why I'm not using a gamepad even though I own one.
Edit: I have tried Cursor Lock and it works, but doesn't have Steamworks support. If you know of a way to combine the two I would love it if you told me.
