Only 15 mins passed, probably noone saw you who's 100% sure.
I'm not either, I'm just 50% that you shouldn't make new threads about it, but if you make a giveaway, you can post your workshop link in the description.

I think you can't create a thread, but you can create a giveaway to promote it.

Technically, you can tell people about it and invite them to check it out, but no referral links. It would be better for you to make a giveaway and mention it in your description. That way, you won't be accused of spamming the forum.
