No, when it's turned off the Malware warning page is displayed. When I turn it on I don't get a single visit to the warning page.

I tried it with having my Adblock utilities on and off, and was not given any warning. It's an ad, as Rinarin mentioned. That's the most common issue, but it can also occur from user having their avatar hosted on sites that are sketchy. That is obviously not the case here as they are from Steam, but on some forums this can be the cause.

btw i got the same warning earlier cept i didnt track which distributer of ads :P i just refreshed and it was gone

EDIT: Adblock Plus seems to stop my browser from going to that malware page.
