is there any way to create a Dota 2 giveaway?

I just got 5 Dota 2's from steam and since no-one wants them on steam-trades and all my friends already have Dota 2 i was hoping i could give them away here, but when i tried to submit a giveaway Dota 2 wasn't on the list, had they removed it? cos that'd suck for me lol
