What's your favorite sports-based novel? Short story? Anything in the written format for fiction that involves sports!
And if not sports, then what about something you read involving the moon or low gravity?
And, uh... if none of that, well, what's your favorite book? :P

For fiction, I have read some good stuff by John Feinstein. Can't find it now, but there's also a good book that touches on the college recruitment process, but this may be by another author.
For non-fiction, I like Bill Simmon's book on the history of basketball. Apparently the book about the Miracle on Ice is great.

I'm a simple man, I play games and don't read books.

I don't think I actually ever read anything about sports. Unless Quidditch in Harry Potter counts.
The Moon is a Harsh Mistress? Somewhat different read as opposed to Heinlen's regular take.

Thanks! Haven't read that bit of Heinlein.

Low gravity? Well, first one that comes to mind is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy :P
