I see you are giving away a few DLC which come from those "join group here, retweet this" pages - but this one her can only be gotten by buying it as a steam gift. It's just my feeling that this is not what you actually got to give away, so you might check again @Landerhino.
There are codes for single booster packs, there are old game codes for the base game from before the game has become free to play - but the "steam pack" is something entirely different.

I could be wrong and since you are an experienced user you might actually intend to really give exactly this items away, if so sorry and please disregard my concerns ;-)
