Dear everyone, I'm currently waiting for the administrator to fix this issue. This DLC appears to be "broken" at the moment and I'm not able to adjust it myself.
It's actually a problem with steam. Go to the game page by clicking the picture of it above, login and see that it still says you are missing the base game, even if you have it.

Giveaway still shows as not owned however.
