I find it too hard to pick the best ones in each category but:

• "Monster" was very enjoyable serie
• Last good movie I saw was probably "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", I don't watch many movies :P
• I like the series: "Might & Magic" (RPG)and "Heroes of Might & Magic" (strategy), though the graphics are not up to today's standards ;D

I don't think I've watched enough anime to have a favorite, but if you want a movie and game, The Abyss and Planescape: Torment should top any list.
