First line, eight word, first letter uppercase.
Seventh line, first letter uppercase.
Headline, twelfth letter lowercase.
(!) Twenty-fifth letter, ?case.

edit: ! and ? are there for a reason, ! either means a line is missing or there is no line at all, ? simply asks if it's either UPPERCASE or lowercase.

Screen resolution doesn't change things the way you say it.

800x600 will display the same length per line as 1920x1080, and the same number of lines per text.

I don't see your point.

I don't know why people overthink things, a text is composed by lines of words, right?

That's the answer you are looking for. If you know how to read articles and know how they are composed, you can easily do this, it's material of a 6th grader. I've learnt this the sametime when i learnt how to write a letter, and that was on 6th grade.

Should be easy, only clue that might give a little bit confusion should be the last one. Though i did put an edit to help further in how to solve that one.
