We don't necessarily tip the waitresses just because. Unless they were really nice or you are a habitué. Rounding up the bill is a common and decent thing to do, though, you should let the staff juggle with change only if you were dissatisfied by provided service.

...Therefore I take your suggestion as an act of aggression towards muh Freedom™.
