thanks for your advice. So I will be allowed to request a new winner if someone already owns the main game or Episodes from Liberty City?
You're able to request a new winner if they happen to own the majority of the games/dlcs included on the package, not necessarily only the most expensive items; If you ever face this problem where the winner owns part of the package, the best option would be submitting a ticket so the case can be individually analyzed.
