If both parties were not allowed any allies, then I would say that the team of the Tenth Doctor (read: Best Doctor) and Qui-Gon Jinn would probably win, mainly due to Qui-Gon Jinn's force powers and lightsaber. Although if Magneto were able to manipulate the metal in Qui-Gon Jinn's lightsaber and the Doctor's sonic screwdriver, Gandalf and Magneto would have a good chance of winning.

In regard to Aslan: I do not see Aslan having any clear motivation to join either side, however, Qui-Gon Jinn could force persuade him to join them for the duration of the fight.

I would also rule-out the Doctor's time traveling capabilities as it has been stated that he cannot interfere with his own timeline for fear of creating a paradox. Although this "rule" has since been broken several times as far as I can tell.

Obviously Batman and Iron Man once they team up to save the world. Sadly they would simultaneously break the space-time-continuum of the DC&Marvel-verse.

First off, Aslan would join Gandalf since they're both basically fantasy Jesus. Also, Gandalf would never team up with Magneto and the second team wouldn't exist since there is no Doctor Who, only The Doctor.

Magneto would obviously devestate Qui-Gon, since his lightsaber handle is made from metal! I also believe Aslan would join Magneto and Gandalf and take down the doctor as well.
