Hi, you won a dlc from me very recently (https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/0ZRlP/jigsaw-puzzle-pack-pixel-puzzles-ultimate-pin-ups ). Just letting you know that I will issue a friend request to enable me to check whether the dlc is already owned or not. I am also waiting on a reply from support about the unactivated win that sgtools flagged. Thanks.

Why dont you wrote me directly? I dont have private profil. Thanks to you I had suspension for 5 days.. on day zero I wrote unsuspensionn request and no answeres from admins. And even now nobody check it. If I do it constantly and Im a bot or something, ok, you have a right to do it, but next time look at level of user and how much contribute to community. And game I didnt activated was some shity game without +1.. and it is my fault, I activated it on my brother account, because he was probably at my home and logged to steam. Nothing I cant in minutes fix. Sometimes happen i activated whole bundle on his accout, or he activated some games on my account. Just trivial mistake you probably dont even spot. So next time, please, look at person you want to block and choose to communicate, because moderators are lazy. I have luck that system suspend me only for 5 days.

You could try buying a cheap key for the game in question (Planet of War: The Legend of Fu). Once the game is activated on your account it will no longer flag sgtools checkers like me.
If you don't want to do that, then there is no further problem. You have served a suspension for not activating the game - will not matter if other gifters pick up that the game is not activated on your account as from now on support will tell them the suspension has been served. So the gifter will then hand over the key.
As for contacting you directly, I am not able to comment on your profile, so what ever settings you have, you might need to check that. I did issue a friend request, but honestly, once an unactivated game or multiple win is flagged by sgtools, I always send in a support ticket for them to investigate.
So, guess you just need to slow down when you activate your wins in future, and good luck with wins for the future.
