Is this actually for the standalone game? It's acting like DLC and saying I can't activate without ownership of another product.

I must apologize. I was not aware Ardennes Assault was handled as a separate game from Company of Heroes 2, I thought it was simply a DLC for CoH2. The code I had said that it was for Ardennes Assault, so I don't know why it isn't working for you.

IDK that's weird. Because if I go to the store page and add it to my cart in steam, it'll let me check out and buy it without owning CoH2.
If I try adding the DLC "Company of Heroes 2 - Ardennes Assault: Fox Company Rangers" to my cart, it says I need to own CoH2, not CoH2 - Ardennes Assault...
Maybe your key has CoH2 ownership as a requirement for some reason?
That being said, (and it would be great if the mod that does this could somehow refund the points I used to enter) I give you my permission to either delete the giveaway or try and find a new winner (although you might run into the same issue if the new winner doesn't own CoH2).
