Loaded question, since it seems to imply it has to be something that we'll get to experience. I'll be unoriginal and submit that the damn Star Trek Teleporter would come in handy... Zipping around from place to place, rematerializing minus a few malignant tumors, it all sounds like stuff that would be awesome. Pity we're still a few centuries from even proving if it could be done or not...
