There is a big chance to get a used key, or the wrong version of the game at all. And sometimes nothing at all, because the seller takes the money and goes into the sunset.

P.S. In the RU segment, keys are almost always cheaper, and both in official stores and in "gray" ones (and sometimes they are even cheaper). The only drawback is that such keys usually have regional restrictions on activation (in addition to the problems I mentioned above).
And you can also find cheap CD/DVD versions of games, but now they and are rare.
