I prefer the hack-and-slash kind of RPGs, but I recall I used to enjoy Etherlords back when I was younger.
I also tend to enjoy RPGMaker games which almost always have turn-based combat (Waste Walkers, Atonement or City of Chains to name a few).

ooo that's a hard question, there are so many good rpgs....
i honestly love so many of them it's hard to pick, but i kind of unironically love destiny warriors which is basically a naruto rip off rpg i bought on steam for like .49 cents but for some reason it's on of my fav turn-based ones, at least that I own myself!
