Hi, you have won my giveaway on Steamgifts but I can't send you the link because it was used by previous winner. This is how the situation looks like:
My giveaway of "Else Heart.Break()" game has won "Minimaximo". I have send him the humble bundle gift link and he did not mark it as received. I tried to contact with him through e-mail and Steam, but he did not respond even when he was online. So, I requested for a new winner and here you are - a new winner. I wanted to check the gift link if there is everything OK with it and here I realised that the previous winner has used it already. I've made another ticket to Steamgifts support and they told me to contact with you and explain this complicated situation. So, I wanted to apologize to you for that I can not send you this gift and I am forced to delete this giveaway. I am really sorry for this situation but I wish you all the best in the future. I have also sent you an e-mail and there, in the attachment there are screens of my conversation with
support team.
