I already have the game, but not the GOTY version. What do you think about that?
I personally probably won't enter either way, but it's always better to see it black on white.
There is no way to check for DLCs on the winner's account. So users owning base game only and users owning the GOTY edition would look the same to me when I check the winner's game list :( Based on this fact and on some reports above that the GOTY owners are able to join this giveaway, I have to restrict the entries and require that no base game owners are to join this giveaway. I hope you understand! ^_^
Actually, I thought GOTY edition is "it's own game", and not just the base game with the DLC. Still, that doesn't really matter to me, as I won't enter either way, and I think you're making the right decision :)
