So, I should forewarn you, that my musical tastes are very across the board. I mean, I can go from listening to Country to Rap to Classical. I mean, rollercoaster type preferences. This next song hits close to home for me because I watched it play out in my grandpa's life before he passed away in 2013. He was diagnosed with Lung Cancer and fought it until the end, but during that fight he developed a certain "sweetness" if you will, that I had never seen in him before. He hugged me more and told me he loved me every chance he got. He took every opportunity to do good to other's every chance he got and he was every representation of what I would want to be if ever I was in his shoes near the end of my life.
