Well done. :) This one actually is in my inventory, but I set it to hide Steam gifts before creating the puzzle so the "look at my inventory" hint would work. I'm surprised no one's yelled at me for that "mistake" yet in the thread.

Welcome! Those hints point to the particular item in my TF2 inventory that had the code on it. It's the only item of "strange" quality (color-coded orange in the inventory system) that I have.

It kinda put me into suspicious mode that your inventory was actually empty, I mean steam inventory, so it went from there. I didn't know you can change names of items in TF2 I know little about it. Probably much easier puzzle for TF2 fan. Still quite some intresting ideas there! And the giveaway is also something really awesome :) Thanksies DUDE!

By now I think I have majority of more active puzzle solvers on my friends list, what can I say. I found out I sometimes appeared right after someone else and I think it was due to bump on the puzzle thread. That often reminds of the given puzzle and I go scour for new hints if any.
I noticed the same thing as a puzzle maker, some spikes in activity on the puzzle after a bump :3

I was a little worried about it favoring TF2 players, but so far it looks like only a couple of people who have found it have more than an hour or two of TF2 time logged. The name tag hint probably makes a lot more sense to a TF2 player though, should have thought that one through a little better.

The name tag to me was just a confirming nudge I needed to stalk your profile. Totally didn't catch the ambiguous meaning.
EDIT: And eh, yea I logged some hours but mostly just for that 75% off raptr coupon that I ended up not really using since I was too greedy to use it before it was "fixed" xD Also to pick up some items like from Quantum Conundrum preorder or that chicken hat. So I did training, some matches with bots and one online match with bots but I quickly ran away when actual player logged in xD
