Once a winner is selected, they must accept a friend request on Steam to receive their gift. Steam's policy change for gift purchases removed the ability to send via email. :/
By chance did you encounter my emails? I had a coupon for this game that expired on the 8th at 11:00 PM. I've been trying to contact you about that. I won't be able to afford the game anymore due to that. I've been talking to one of the mods about closing the giveaway but they said they need your permission to do so. Not sure how that works though. :/
