It's possible that you received Pirates of Black Cove Gold?
You probably have it from DLH where they are giving it away for free. So if you got key for Gold edition this giveaway would be braking the rules.

I can't activate the key you have provided.
It's for the gold edition of the game which I already have.

Also, I just checked and you can't create a ga for the gold edition. Maybe you should contact support to add "Pirates of Black Cove Gold" to the list and ask them to change your ga to "Pirates of Black Cove Gold". That's the only way to resolve this problem without anyone getting banned.

In the meantime, please ask for a re-roll.

Then I would say, "Dont enter a giveaway for a game you dont want".

If he gave you the wrong key then wait 2 more days and mark it as not received.
