Hello. You won my GA for Oniken.
You probably entered more ga's to this game.
I'd like to make sure you didn't win multiple copies while offline.
Can I send the key?

Thanks (?) for receiving the gift.
I can't see what bad could possibly happen to a person who is periodically online on SG and Steam during the day, constantly entering new giveaways, but not responding to emails, not accepting invitations and not accepting gifts. SG rules oblige me to try and communicate with you in every possible way, that's what i did.
If you need to be treated kindly and politely, you should consider acting as polite person. You might ride a high horse and think it's my obligation to start looking for you everywhere just to give you a gift, but trully, it's the other way around. You should try giving away more if you want to feel for yourself how a donator feels to beg someone to give away a gift.
So long..

What I tried to say is: you had no reason to say this; HAVE AT LEAST THE DECENCY TO CHECK YOUR WIN PAGE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.
Btw, I, myself, can't donate games right now, but in the past I could give some gifts and that's what I did. And I know how bad it is to wait for someone answers, but I do understand their side, and by rules they have 7 days until I have the right to ask for a new winner.
Let's chill and keep going with our lives.
Again: sorry that I took an eternity to mark as received

As for the 7 days rule, you might not know that support asks the donator to keep screenshots and proof that he contacted the other part. The frustration starts when i have to keep a log of something supposed to be funny and festive. Also, currently there's a major problem with support tickets so it gets a way lot harder to reroll a giveaway than you imagine.
Moreover, I'm not used to having such long delays in key/gift receptions, and on top of that, out of my ~25 giveaways this weekend, only you and another fellow winner (who was offline for 3 days straight) made me anxious. It's not only me, many many others have the same reaction, in fact many donators use their blacklist feature more offensively to avoid these situations.
If i may, I would suggest this: if you're away and you're using any automated solution for SG and/or your steam account, you might consider posting a quick reassuring bit like "hello, be back in 2 days" when you see you're a winner and can't receive. It's kinda "internet"-rude to have an online status and not communicating at all. ;)
Anyway there's no problem with me, since i don't have to deal with support tickets and stuff.
Have a nice day.
