And about the uncut: yes, adults should be able to play games with adult themes. I think that the cutting of games comes from the idea that games are for children -> therefore there can't be violence, sex, drugs etc. I hope that Steam responds to this and really enables German adults to buy uncut games. For freedom!

Little story of why I'm an member:

Long time ago, 19th November 2008, I decide to be a nice brother and gift HL1+ Blue Shift + Opposing Force to my little brother, living in the South West of France I didn't think about cut version or something else, but boys I was wrong: Valve decide that HL1 (and only him) need to be censored. Both of us were over 18 at this time.

Of course we contacted the support, it was the first and last communication with the Steam Support:

• 1st response was the classic bot/can't read answer from the support
• 2nd time they tell they can do nothing and next time to purchase directly on Steam, of course they ignored the fact that Steam invoice number was joined
• nth messages after they decided to try something: remove the game from the account of my brother and add it again ... of course it didn't work and nothing changed: no blood, robot instead of marines, dead people sit on the floor, etc.

Anyways, story stop here and thanks for all the giveaways ;D
