Thank you! I'm the winner, but I cannot activate the key. Steam says 'the following items are not available in this country', which is not true but I think there is some kind or region lock on this key. I haven't used the key so please create another Steam Gift with it and if you know in which countries it is eligible please indicate it.

Probably there is a region lock on it. If you got this key from Humble Bundle maybe their support can answer your question about the region lock.

Yes I've read about that. Since those keys is yours, maybe you can make your own give away using those keys. I'm from SEA country if you want to add region lock.
