Snail farming. Really! Like, you'd know if you had snails to farm. Saw some weird documentary 'bout it where they sold some snail liver or wutever it was for a ridiculous price.

worm farming, it is definitely a lot easier to maintain and less overhead, bigger market too- you can just leave them in a vending machine by the docks

Its not Snail Farming though, its Escargot Farming... those are bred to be edible.
