It was more of a metaphorical description, I think. If you think of it in those terms, you can compare it to a predator. The turtle fence is real, the autotune the news video was based off a real video from Congress. Kinda crazy, actually.. lmao.

Wow... finally in.
Had 1 and 3 from the beginning and was farly close to 2 before the hints (I thought it was death), but hint 2 made it obvious. The other two on the other hand... stumbled upon the turtle song finally while googling "drinking this congress is making sense", brute forced 4.
