ya this is weird, I already have the DLC and the game, but I think its because its been upgraded to the latest version that its not picking it up right.
It looks correct in the Steam database. You could contact Steamgifts support and let them know it doesn't detect the base game correctly. They might be able to fix it for fiuture train lovers.
