i think it isn't bannable if you have dissociative identity disorder and a medical certificate for that.
Asuming the two identities don't share their SG accounts.
Maybe they use the Steam family feature too, so they can play the games of their other identities!

The question is, is it really profit to grind to level 5 (and in order to create a SG account even to have a second Steam account with 100$ of nonbundled games on) or would it make more sense to just buy myself an own copy after the event? XD
