If you re-read my message it clearly states that I did write to support and that the message was relayed to cg. However, aside from the DmC Complete Pack request, there were other (less important) game addition requests in the message (mostly concerning limited editions of games and so on) and I am guessing cg probably just skimmed through it, missing the DmC Complete Pack request, and simply assumed it was just one of the many messages he's already gotten about limited editions being added. I knew that was a possibility when I sent my support request (since only one person handles game additions and changes to the site and, therefore, probably doesn't have time to carefully read through every message, etc.) and should have just focused on the DmC Complete Pack issue.
