By the way, every time you add a game to your account, it's a good practice to:
Remove your entries from giveaways for the same game.
Sync your account.
If it's a DLC or a package, hide it by clicking on small eye icon near game's name on main page.
Doing this will also prevent to win the same game more times."
This was sent to me ~4 hours ago from a moderator in response to a ticket I created about a month ago. This is kinda ridiculous that they've just responded to it now, but I don't want to give the potential window for them to claim I was "gaming" the system or whatever, so I'd figured it'd be safest to alert you of this; the issue I created the support ticket for was that I already had the dlc, but it still allowed me to join the giveaway for some reason. If you still can (which I doubt you can do at this point), I'd like to request that you submit a ticket for a reroll. Thanks for your time and patience.
