Did you make a ticket? if not, do make one and use the "other" category.
Even if it takes a lot of time for it to get resolved, by making a ticket you are on the safer side. If anything happens, you can refer to the ticket and you will be cleared.

Go to the top and click on "support" and click on "create a new ticket".
Choose category "other", name title something like "change feedback" and in the description put the URL of the giveaway and explain what happened.
