So, a little more than 2 months ago, I created a GA to promote this game, and to help it reach the tier 3 preorder reward and potentially send a good message to NamcoBandai, so they would bring more Tales of (and jRPGs in general) games to Steam.
A couple days ago, about a week before the release, we reached the tier 3 reward!! Yay! That means all preorders for this game will also receive Tales of Symphonia when it's released! It's already in my library!
In celebration for that, I used some magic to acquire a region free Steam copy of the game to give away here to the higher half levels of SG! That also means that whoever wins this GA will get Tales of Symphonia for free! :D What a good bonus, hm? :)
I made it end on the 18th, so it'll give you some time to preorder it (if you're interested, of course) before it's released if you don't win.

No meu caso específico, é uma longa história, mas o mecanismo básico... Manda dinheiro via paypal pra um amigo num país q não tem trava de região, ele compra e manda o gift.
Existem outras formas também, como trocar por keys com trocadores aqui mesmo no SG, por exemplo.

Entendi. Obrigado por explicar. Eu já estava me empolgando, pensando que havia algum meio de fazer isso diretamente na Steam. Mas agora com o dólar nesse patamar, fica muito pesado comprar algo que não seja em reais.

Sim, eu acabei pagando cerca de 165 reais pelo jogo contra os 91 reais daqui, pois veio da Steam canadense (e é a mais barata sem trava de região atualmente, eu acho) :/ mas fiz o esforço pra poder atingir mais pessoas aqui. Agora to pobre. :P
