My #9 Wishlist Game and one of my wishlist games that has been wishlisted for the longest time.
Merely refrained from getting it sooner, because i still have a few city builders on my backlog and well...
Here's to hoping you can put it to a good use.

Got in on GOG sale so i wont be entering.
Its... very slow. At least at start when you choose hard difficulty. Waiting for 2/3 of my pop to grow up and get to work hehe.

Im bit impatient... playing at most 30 min at time at 10x speed. usually manage to get one building done.
At least my ppl have tools after 6 years lol, now to make some clothes...
Its really hard when you have so little ppl. And i am aiming for some harder achievements anyway. No farming, no trading, no school, Small mountainous area with harsh climate ;)
Its exact opposite experience from dwarf fortress where i usually got flooded with so many immigrants i had hard time giving them place to stay and work. Maybe because booze was always plentiful in my fortress.
I'm yet to make booze in Banished. Maybe ill go about it after tailor instead of hospital.
Guess I am enjoying it :)

All I read about on the discussions is always random incidents of mass deaths, but it seems from the replies that people are figuring out what does and doesn't work, so it's not entirely hopeless! Thanks for the chance to cause some mass deaths myself!

Yup! One of my top wishlist games too! For quite a long time I am looking for good city builder.
Still I am hunting on one special duck... McDuck actually. With some higher discount bullets but I was thinking about Banished.
