Once upon a time, a game key was a sacred thing: you bought it, you owned it. Not any more, alas. Keys get revoked these days for no reasons in the world.
This key is an old one. I keep track of these things as best I can, and my records say I haven't used it and I haven't given it away, so it should be as valid as the day I bought it. If it isn't, please let me know and I'll check to make sure there wasn't any mistake on my end. If I can fix the issue, I certainly will.

Hi ferhatc27 -
First off, from the site Guidelines -
"Giveaway creators are allowed one week to send the gift after their giveaway has ended. [...] Please remain patient, and do not contact the giveaway creator during this time. If the gift is not received after one week, you can mark the gift as not received, and attempt to contact the giveaway creator on Steam to follow-up."
I'm not mad, but I do want to point out that I have the time and am allowed to use it as I see fit, without explanation.
There's a delay here because you keep a private profile on Steam, which you are perfectly entitled to do. However, that means that I can't verify your history with activating games you win on my own, without help from Support. Assuming all is well - and I do assume all is well! - you'll have your key in the near future.

As you know, accounts must be synchronized at least once a week in order to participate in giveaways on Steamgifts. In order to do this, I make my account fully visible and close it after the sync is complete, because it is my right to be closed as you say and I want it to be like that. I think you suspected that I have the game you gave me, but the game you gave has not been sold in the store for a long time. Also, if this game is on my account, why would I try to get a second copy? I don't understand why you think that way or what would be the benefit of trying to get a second key of this game.
I tried to contact you in case you didn't see it, not because I thought you were mad, but because you opened many giveaways that ended at different times in a row. I wish you would have done the opposite and contacted me and explained why you did not send the gift, which would have been easier and better.
Also, if contacting the giveaway creator was forbidden or unnecessary before a week was up, the site would somehow try to prevent it, right? Why bother interacting with each other, whether it's the giveaway winner or creator? I know that communicating, talking and chatting with people is welcomed in all cultures.
If it will give you peace of mind, you can contact me at any time and I will make my profile available for you to review. Take care of yourself, have a nice day.

Hi,
It is often faster for users to write to support to double check activated games, as we can see those. Otherwise both you and creator need to be available at the same time to do the check. If creator is from entirely different time zone you may need to leave your profile public for whole day for them to see your games.
It takes us longer than usual to answer to tickets now, hence the delay.

Hi, we are friends on steam and my profile open to friends so he can check anytime he wants. Also my last sync is two hours ago.

I use the ESGST tools to check activated games. I believe, though I'm not sure, that it really doesn't matter if we're friends on Steam for those scripts to work or fail. Also, FYI, though I can see your Inventory on Steam, your games are not visible to me.

Tools only works if profile is open to public. I made my account public, please check it now

Thanks. I took my peek - not really necessary, at this point, since I've already sent you the game key, but I appreciate your vigor. You can close it up again.

Thanks for the game and your understanding, sorry if I tired you out.
