Had attempted it back when I wrote "[H] bump [W] qz?", but wasn't sure if you had any options for the Q0 or why it was "qz" instead of "q0".
Also, it didn't give me anything but garble and I mostly tested with running the steps (apparently) backwards since you'd reversed the text. Not sure if you double-checked, but imgur also compresses images. Sounds like others solved it though, so I don't think that part was really an issue.
I think part of the problem was -- opening the image, the program expected me to make a manual selection before I could do anything with it -- it wouldn't automatically just work with the full image.

Hey there, when u base64 decoded the description and reversed the middle portion, that was the steps I made to make that grey image, if u looked at the Help url link,it teaches you to reverse (see what I did there) my steps. So my steps being : neg,Meko+,FL,Q0 (Qzero XD), and Xor . You get back the original msg by reversing my steps, which means clicking Xor button, Q0, FL, Meko- and Negative, that will give u the giveaway link barcode
To reverse a meko+ u use a meko- and vice versa, that was the only difference XD
